Such a rip off
Such a rip off. I got this pass for convenience Since I am with three small kids but for museums the slots would
Get full and for the siene river crusie, you still have to get in line again for the tickets even though they are paid for with this pass. There are no directions on the go app that tells you that you have to line up for paper tickets again. I do not recommend this at all. I feel my money was wasted.

One of the best city passes among all the other cities I've tried
Unlike other city passes which provide a small discount to some attractions, this pass provides complete 100% discount so you don't have to keep doing the math of how much you are saving off the normal price. This pass also includes a few snacks/drinks at some local places, I highly recommend the O Chateau and Cafe Luise ones, however bistro Marbeuf and Cadet de Gascone I do not recommend. This Pass also offers experiences such as wine tasting at Caves de Louvre and Fragonard Perfume Workshop, I have enjoyed and recommend both, I also did the Eiffel Tour guided climb but I do not recommend this. The only aspect that this Pass can make better is to have a deal with RATP/RER so that it can include a discount for the transportation in and around Paris, but other than that, Paris Pass is pretty great as it is. The savings are real, I did the math, I paid 170 euro for the PP for 6 days and I would have paid 520 euro for the same attractions without PP.

Very recommended and usefull
We really enjoyed the experience a lot, we recommend planning ahead to be able to take advantage of it.
It was very easy to use and includes the most iconic attractions that every tourist should visit.

Expensive no show
You will probably want to make the most of your Paris Pass, but at the same time you need to reserve for the activities in advance. Be careful, if you got any problems during your stay and miss an activity, because no show are charged by ExperienceFirst. The fee does not appear on their website, you will know it when it's already on your credit card $$$.

An absolute con- purchased the pass- it…
An absolute con- purchased the pass- it did not register me first time, contacted them over 5 times before I travelled, no effort made by GoCity and I could not use the App to prebook. Once I had the physical Pass there was only 2 days for the museums (this wasn’t flagged at purchase for a 3 day ticket) you can only use the bus the day you purchase the trip (which means you have to go back to the office) the Eiffel Tower is totally misleading

Good value pass
Great value but you have to get your skates on to max it out. Preparation is key, so take time to plan all events. Many of the museums were free on Sunday, so dont waste your pass on that day. The bus was great but cold in November - wrap up!

We would just like another extension on our Paris Pass
My friend and I purchased 2 Paris Passes on Jan.26.2020. We have booked and had to cancel our trip 3 separate times because of Covid 19. I am so disappointed that we cannot reach anyone to help us. We just would like another extension on top of the 2 year one that was offered. I can't understand why it is so difficult to get a response. We have heard back and received refunds from other companies.

NO COVID-19 refund
NO COVID-19 refund
It is nonsense!
I am very surprised by their handling about this pandemic situation. They responded to me saying no for a refund without any person's care. I purchased the Paris Pass in Feb 9 and it wasn't a serious virus situation in Paris at all even in the next month. I have no idea if I can use it next year. They should have refund in full! PLS CHANGE YOUR POLICY RIGHT AWAY

A waste of good money
A waste of good money. The Pass is basically smoke and mirrors in terms of value. Many if the attraction are scattered far and wide through out Paris. Some of the attractions could only be reached by car. A number of the Attractions were out of the transportation areas. We probably spent $100 per person (3) more than the actual value received.

No hassle way to see lots of attractions
We skipped some queues and I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to keep getting my purse out at every venue or the tube. We just kept the passes in a side pocket in my bag. Liked the pass for convenience, security and forward planning/budgeting before we arrived in Paris. Really helped me manage our holiday and just enjoy the city without any hassle

I definitely recommend the Paris Pass
I definitely recommend the Paris Pass. I'm so glad I purchased the Paris Pass. The Pass provides an amazing value. It offers access to so many museums, activities, walking tours and activities for the right price. For some of the museums, there is fast track access. In addition, having unlimited access to public transportation is a great convenience and money and time savings. If I go back to Paris I would buy again.

Purchased for my first trip to Paris
Purchased for my first trip to Paris, and that was a brilliant move! I was entitled to use the priveleged access way in... right past the queue as they advertised! I am puzzled why everyone doesn't get this? Why bother with the time-consuming ticket office to get inside? I like to walk, but the open top BigBusParis was convenient and enjoyable from the Arc de Triomphe to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommended!!!

Best way to see Paris.
We used this in November and it just made the trip so enjoyable. It was so easy to use. We loved the prearranged time to enter the Louvre. I was just so easy to get into the all the attractions. We loved that the subway was included. The only reason it wasn't 5 star is the size of the subway passes. It would be easier to have a seperate card not a tiny piece of paper that was easy to loose.

Bad experience with Paris pass
It was so inconvenient to get the pass (only one place to get them). And when we went to pick them up at the office they told me that we had to use them in 48 hours for the museums and attractions (we bought a 3 day pass). We were very unhappy and wasted money on the passes. We didn’t have enough time to use them except the louvers, Versailles, and Orsay. Was not we expected. Unhappy.

Very good!
I like the concept of the pass and appreciated having it but did not find that it was worth the fee charged. The value was the ability to go to the head of the admittance line. They were not very clear in stating that 1) the hop on hop off bus was only one day and 2) the museum pass was only 2 days. Loved that the cruise was included. Great pass, I just wish I had more information and it didn't cost so much.
